Regular trees are the majority of trees in Treejer Protocol. Technically, the protocol enables both fixed and variable pricing:
- Simple Funding Method
- Fixed universal price determined by the protocol (now $10/tree)
- Tree location selected by the protocol
- Higher likelihood of getting funded
- Less flexibility in cost/profit optimization for planters
- Advance Funding Method
- Variable pricing determined by tree planters
- Tree location can be chosen by funders
- Lower likelihood of getting funded
- More flexibility in cost/profit optimization for planters
